Event video production
in Morocco

The video crew in Morocco is directors, camera operators, sound engineers and editors, based in Tangier. Full multi-camera capture, a short highlight, a longer cinematic highlight or interviews in the room: each format is used on congresses, seminars, product launches and galas, at broadcast standard.

We shoot on professional cameras: ARRI Mini Alexa, RED Dragon, Sony FX6 and Canon C70, with fast cinema lenses. For moving shots, operators use DJI Ronin stabilisers. Sound uses Røde wireless microphones and Sennheiser RF systems for interviews that stay intelligible.

An on-site video control runs the live mix (Blackmagic ATEM), multi-screen monitoring and live streaming when the brief includes it. Cameras, sound and control sit under a technical director. The result is usable rushes, a clean edit and a fast delivery. See also video production in Morocco.

Professional video coverage
for events in Morocco

A structured crew for the coverage. Photographers and videographers work as one team across Morocco on congresses, seminars, product launches, galas and corporate events.

Planned for the edit

Each shot is framed with the edit in mind, so the post-production is not rebuilding a missing sequence. A shot list is agreed with the client before the day.

The crew stays out of the way

The kit is effective and compact, the movement is controlled and the dress is plain, so participants and speakers are not interrupted.

A full crew structure

A site recce and a sequence plan so the key moments are covered, from the speeches to the exchanges with the room.

The crew follows the programme

The team adjusts when the run of show moves: a room change, an added speaker, an unplanned Q&A. Those moments are part of the coverage.

Live streaming
and hybrid events

Live streaming changed who can attend. What used to sit with large media groups is now a practical way for any organisation to extend the audience beyond the room. Wevent deploys live systems that account for how connectivity actually works in Morocco.

Configurations run from a light kit — one camera, an encoder and a fibre line — to a full multi-camera control room with a live mix, PowerPoint overlays, real-time subtitles and a Q&A module for the remote audience. We work with the main distribution platforms and can integrate a client’s own system.

The connection is the critical point, including in Tangier. The crew always deploys network redundancy — primary fibre, a 4G/5G backup and, for critical events, a satellite link — following practice set out by Streaming Media. That layered approach keeps the feed up, including on isolated sites.

A video crew
based in Tangier

Wevent is a video production team based in Tangier for event work across Morocco. From multi-camera capture to the full post-production, we run the chain: narrative edit, colour grade, sound design, graphics (titles, logo animation, lower thirds) and multi-format export.

Each event produces several deliverables: a highlight film (1 to 3 min), short capsules for social (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn), a full conference recording with chapters, and edited, subtitled interviews. Files are delivered in the resolution and codec each channel needs.

The video crew works with our event photographers so stills and moving image stay consistent. Delivery is through a secure cloud space, with 12 months of archive included. See also video production in Morocco.

FAQ — Video production in Morocco

Wevent covers the event video brief: highlight films (1 to 3 minutes), full recordings of conferences and round tables, interviews with participants and speakers, promotional teasers and short films for social channels.

We also shoot institutional films around the event, client testimonials and brand capsules. Each format is cut for a post-event use.

Yes. Live streaming is a core service. We deploy a live feed matched to the format: a single locked camera for webinars, multi-camera with a live control room for congresses, and hybrid streaming that brings remote speakers in through Zoom, Teams or a dedicated platform.

The technical crew manages connectivity (fibre, 4G/5G backup), real-time encoding and distribution on the platform you choose: YouTube, LinkedIn Live, your own site or a dedicated event platform.

The stock includes 4K and 6K cinema cameras (Sony FX6, Canon C70), cinema lenses, motorised gimbals for moving shots, and licensed drones for aerials when the rules allow it.

For multi-camera jobs we use professional video mixers (Blackmagic ATEM), in line with CCM practice, so the live cut holds. See our video production in Morocco. Fill light, a separate sound chain and return monitors complete the kit.

It depends on the film. A 30-second teaser for social can be delivered within 48 hours. A 2-minute highlight usually needs 7 to 10 working days for the edit, the grade and the sound design.

Full conference recordings with graphics are delivered in 10 to 15 days. In every case the client has two rounds of corrections included.

That is how we usually scope it. Event photography and video production are coordinated so the two crews cover the event without blocking each other. Playing the video on an LED wall during the event is part of the same plan.

Wevent offers combined packages for photo, video, streaming and playback on large screens, run by one project lead.
