Wevent offers several coverage formats. The scope includes a full event reportage (guest arrival, key moments, atmosphere, networking), institutional photography (official portraits, group photos) and coverage of plenaries and workshops.
We also shoot product in the event setting, décor and scenography, and the informal moments that later feed post-event communication.
Two delivery levels: an edit of 20 to 30 retouched photos within 24 to 48 hours for immediate use (social, press), and the full retouched, sorted gallery within 5 to 10 working days.
When the brief asks for it, we can also work in real time during the event, with a photographer sending retouched frames that can go straight to social channels.
It depends on the size and the complexity. For a standard seminar or conference (100 to 300 people), one lead photographer is usually enough. For multi-room congresses, festivals or larger events, we can put 3 or 4 photographers on site at once.
Each photographer is briefed on the programme, the people who must be photographed and the moments that cannot be missed.
